Dorob Mining Resources (Pty) Ltd is a “diversified natural resource company” that focuses on precious and base metals mining and mineral development. The fully Namibian owned company was established on 2018 with the mandate of facilitating inclusion and opportunity within the new economy. It is registered under the Companies Act of 2014 (Section 178) (Regulation 37).

Nangula Hamunyela
Board Chairperson
Nangula Hamunyela held executive position in Development and Commercial Banking institutions such as Nedbank. As former Managing Director of Engen Namibia, the largest supplier of fuel in Namibia. She distinguished herself as a business leader with a solid track record of delivering result. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting and Business Studies as well as a MBA from the Maastricht School of Management. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of the International Coaching and Mentoring Institute Namibia.

Alexander Shapaka
A seasoned engineering professional from the University of Witwatersrand with senior management and technical experience and has 15 years’ work experience in local and international mining industry. Throughout his career Alex worked for the following local and international companies, BHP Billion, Rio Tinto, Ango-American, Dundee Precious Metals and B2Gold Ltd.

Sam Januarie
Sam holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Executive Management at the University of Cape Town Business School. With 25 years of experience within the Human Resources/Labour Law Profession the bulk of which was spent in the Mining Industry . Sam Worked for various mining Companies in Namibia such as TCL, NAMDEB, ORANO, Dundee Precious Metals and Imerys Graphite and Carbon.

Kudakwashe Hartzenberg
Kudakwashe Hartzenberg has 16 years of experience in financial services, oil & gas, mining and FCMG in which she held positions from management roles where she was responsible for the entire finance function and she provided consulting services to the Ministry of National Planning Commission. She holds a B. Accounting (University of Namibia), MBA (University of Stellenbosch Business School), Advanced Diploma Management Accounting (CIMA UK). She completed the International Executive Development Program (IEDP) with the University of Witwatersrand Business School in partnership with the London Business School and Bangalore Business School in India
